A new endeavour! We have created a vintage vermouth made with Vermentino and a modern blend of traditional and Australian native botanicals.

Light, fresh and citrusy, with just enough sweetness to provide balance. The flavours are driven by Vermentino’s natural qualities of citrus peel, dried herbs and salinity.

The perfect addition to a martini for a herbaceous lift or delicious served over ice as an aperitif.

Refrigerate after opening to retain botanicals.
